Will this replace my blasting equipment?
Not on every job. The strongest business case is adding laser cleaning for selective, sensitive, in-place or repeat work where media handling and cleanup hurt margins.
What can a 2000W CW system remove?
It may suit heavy rust, paint, coatings and industrial contamination on compatible metal substrates. Coating, thickness, substrate, access and required finish all matter, which is why we test the application first.
Does laser cleaning require PPE and fume control?
Yes. A Class 4 industrial laser requires a controlled work area, proper eye and skin protection, training and application-appropriate fume/debris extraction. We will discuss jobsite requirements during qualification.
Why the air-conditioned chamber?
The internal chamber is designed to maintain a more stable environment around sensitive laser and electronic components than relying only on changing ambient jobsite conditions.
