Warranty and Services

No refunds will be provided for the goods delivered under this contract. Goods delivered are warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship until 2 years from the date of delivery.

Warranty Provider:Alien Laser Cleaning

Warranty Coverage:

1.Laser Source and Chiller:
*The laser source and chiller are covered under this warranty for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase.
*During this period, any defects in materials or workmanship will be repaired or replaced at no charge.

2.Controller Board:
*The controller board is covered under this warranty for a period of one
(1) year from the date of purchase.
*During this period, any defects in materials or workmanship will be
repaired or replaced at no charge.

3.All Other Components:
*All other components of the laser cleaning machine, except
consumables, are covered under a lifetime service agreement for the life cycle of the equipment.
*Under this lifetime service agreement, repairs or replacements due to
defects in materials or workmanship will be provided at no charge for
the lifetime of the machine.

4.Consumables:
*Consumables are not covered under this warranty. Consumables include
items such as protective lenses, filters, and any other items that are
expected to be replaced regularly due to normal wear and tear.

Warranty Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper maintenance.
This warranty does not cover any modifications or repairs performed by anyone other than an authorized service representative of Alien Laser Cleaning.

Warranty Claim Process:
*To make a warranty claim, the purchaser must contact Alien Laser
Cleaning customer service at support@alienlasercleaning.com.
*Proof of purchase and details of the defect must be provided.
*The purchaser may be required to ship the defective component to
Alien Laser Cleaning for inspection and repair or replacement.

Limitations of Liability:
*Alien Laser Cleaning shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the laser cleaning machine.
*This warranty is the exclusive remedy of the purchaser and is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied.

Governing Law:
This warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of State of Texas.

Acknowledgment:
By using the laser cleaning machine, the purchaser acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions of this warranty.

No Returns or Exchanges
All sales are final, and no returns or exchanges will be permitted under any circumstances. This policy is in place due to the custom nature of the products, which are specifically tailored to meet your individual specifications and preferences. As such, these items cannot be restocked or resold once they have been produced. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that you are purchasing a unique item that cannot be returned or exchanged. We encourage you to carefully review all details and specifications before finalizing your purchase to ensure complete satisfaction.
 
No Refunds
The Customer will be assumed to have accepted the Goods upon ordering and payment made unconditionally unless a claim that the Good(s) are defective is made within 24 hours from the date of delivery. Once purchase order is made FDA, ISO and Import certificates are created which can not be refunded.
 
Delivery delays
The Carrier will notify the Customer of any delays that may affect the expected delivery date.
 
Risk of Loss
The manufacturer and carrier assumes all responsibility for the goods and any risk of damage, loss, or delay until the goods are delivered. Once the goods have been delivered, the customer assumes all responsibility for any damage or loss.
If there is any damage to the packaging freight it is the customer’s responsibility to refuse delivery or photograph/video damages and written statement from the delivery carrier that the said damages occurred during shipment, otherwise, customer assumes all liability.
 
Equipment Training and Support
Our team at Alien Laser Cleaning will provide training on the equipment that is purchased only. Training includes manuals, videos, and one hour video call for a start up class before your equipment arrives.
You will also have life time support and warranty work for the life of the equipment.
This does not include how to set up a laser cleaning business or how to price out work.
This does not include scale training on all the frequencies of all the different substrates.
 
Modifications
To change anything in this Contract, the Customer and Alien Laser Cleaning must agree to the change in writing post production.
 
Term and termination
If Customer chooses to end the Agreement prior to product delivery, the Customer is responsible for paying for all work and costs incurred up until that date, including but not limited to, manufacturers cost for loss of material.
In addition to an administrative fee of $550.00
